The founders of the website first tried registering www.ihatevongae.com and www.vonagesucks.com, but both domains were already registered. By Vonage!
I prepaid for a year of this atrocious service, complete with mysterious call dropoffs, echo effects, and evil robot voicemail. As an added bonus, it broke my Internet connection. Finally the year was up and I joyfully called to terminate my service, only to be informed that there is a $70 "rebate recovery fee" and a $40 "disconnection fee." Of course there is!
You know it's an evil company when it makes you miss Verizon.
